4. Professional Advice and No Guarantee
Tax Outcomes: While we utilize our expertise to minimize your tax liability within legal limits, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as a specific tax refund amount or the avoidance of a tax audit by government authorities.
Changes in Law: Tax laws and financial regulations change frequently. Our advice is based on the laws in effect at the time the advice is given. We are not responsible for subsequent changes in legislation that may affect your past or future positions.
5. Fees and Payments
